USI Welcomes New Laboratories for the BS Pharmacy Program in Celebration of World Pharmacists Day!
As we celebrate World Pharmacists Day, USI marks another step in strengthening pharmacy education with the inauguration and blessing of its newly established laboratories for the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Program on September 26.

The USI College of Health Sciences, together with the Daughters of Charity, faculty members, and guests gathered at the 4th floor of the SLM Building to formally bless the new facilities, which include the Wet Laboratory, Instrumentation Room and Dry Laboratory.

Equipped with resources for laboratory instruction and practical work, these facilities provide BS Pharmacy students with dedicated spaces to apply what they learn in the classroom, develop their technical skills, and gain hands-on experience throughout their studies.

More than additional facilities, these laboratories open up greater opportunities for our students to learn through practice and prepare for the responsibilities of their chosen profession. May these spaces support their journey toward becoming knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate pharmacy professionals.
