Reflecting on his journey, Paolo shared:

“My degree in Food Service and Institutional Management (now Hospitality Management) at USI gave me the foundation I needed to succeed in the food-service industry. It equipped me with knowledge and skills in operations, customer service, and people management—skills I now apply every day as a Starbucks Store Manager in Queenstown, New Zealand.”

He added:

“Being named Rookie Manager of the Year is a proud milestone, and I am grateful that my university education helped prepare me for both my career and my journey as a leader.”
