Universidad de Sta. Isabel de Naga, Inc. proudly celebrates Ms. Nicole Quiñones, Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino graduate, and Ms. Fatima Yanga, Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduate, for being named Regional Finalists in the 59th Search for the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) – Region V.

Both from the USI College of Arts & Sciences, Teacher Education, Social Work, Human Services, and Music Department, Nicole and Fatima exemplify the University's mission of forming leaders whose academic excellence is matched by integrity, compassion, and a deep commitment to service.

Their recognition reflects not only their outstanding achievements, but also the Vincentian values that continue to guide them as they create meaningful impact in their communities. As they move forward in the TOSP Search and Formation Program, they carry with them the legacy of Vincentian Excellence—leading with purpose and serving with heart.
